Vinay, an MBA in Marketing and Information systems has almost 20 years experience in Advertising, MarCom, Marketing technology and Data Analytics. He has a deep level of experience providing technology driven marketing , digital and data-driven marketing consulting to leading companies in India and enterprises globally. He founded Customer Centria with a deep passion to build innovative technology and deliver disruptive services to companies and brands so they can deliver Moment of Truth experiences to their consumers and customers. He believes that all data kind are from, of and for humans and there-in lies the tremendous opportunity to explode all that is in the realm of engagement & experience, driven by data and digital.
After graduating in Computer Sciences from St Joseph's College, Bangalore University, he completed his MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, India. He has worked for leading ad agencies like Ogilvy, Lowe Lintas and Publicis (Ambience) prior to embarking on the Technology Driven Marketing journey 13 years ago, partnering with companies such as Unica, later acquired by IBM.
Krishnan joining hands in co-founding Customer Centria,, is also driven by his ambition in life to build intelligent products that enable Analytical Marketing on a professional front and products that marry analytics and art on a personal front. At heart an Analytics aficionado, Krishnan has over 15 years experience in Business, Financial & Strategic Analysis and consulting roles supporting Strategic and Interactive Marketing initiatives for banking, telecommunications and financial services organisations in India and across the globe. Krishnan has successfully lead Technology and Analytics initiatives in several leading Enterprises in India, APAC and Europe.
Krishnan is an IIT double major specializing in Statistical Analytics and Computer applications, with an MTech in Computer Science from IIT Madras and MSc in Statistics from IIT Kanpur.
Bruce Brown, Executive Director at Customer Centria, looks after international alliances and business growth opportunities. He has a 25-year career in the software and information technology industry in Asia Pacific and other emerging markets. In 1999 Bruce was the Regional Director of Asia at SAS Institute in Singapore. Following that experience Bruce established Unica Asia Pacific operations in Singapore in 2001 and served as the Managing Director of Unica APAC for five years. After leaving Unica he served as the Vice President of AP Sales and Operations for the software vendor SPSS. Most recently Bruce was the Business Executive for IBM’s Enterprise Marketing Management for Asia Pacific and Growth Markets.
He has a wealth of experience in Sales Management, Channel Management, Contextual Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Marketing Management, and Marketing Automation domains.
Amit with 17+ years of industry experience in Technology and Consulting services spear heads Consulting services for Customer Centria. With over 10 years of experience in IBM Unica (Marketing automation) Product Development, Implementation Methodologies for Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM), ERP implementations, design and development of data warehouses and marts, his immense experience exhibits in solutions enablement, project delivery management, leading client workshops and presentations, project and people management, solution architecting, designing, scoping development and delivering of projects/solutions using IBM EMM Unica products and related technologies, working closely with various business and technical stakeholders. He has successfully delivered marketing automation suite implementation engagements in North and South America and in APAC countries.
Sadique leads Customer Centria’s global product vision, design and development.
He is responsible for tailoring Customer Centria’s product offerings to a wide array of futuristic marketing solutions.
Sadique previously serviced over 3 years in Customer Centria as Head of Product Development where he was instrumental in the architecture and development of the Customer Centria’s analytical customer engagement platform. An engineering graduate and professional with an immersive experience of 20+ years in developing intelligent marketing automation products, he was recently with Target Corporation handling the large scale data collaboration and engineering with innovative master data management platform. Previously he was AVP, Global CRM Technology for GE Money, where he managed the product development for their Marketing automation solution. Prior to this Sadique worked in OgilvyOne Worldwide, at their various locations in Asia where he was instrumental in rolling out their in-house Marketing Automation solution across 16 businesses in 7 countries.
He has a rich experience in enabling organisations to be future proof with capabilities in Big Data Analytics, Real time decisioning, Omni Channel Data Driven Marketing & is well versed with agile product development methodologies.
